Founded in 2016 by a collective of industrial designers and systems engineers, VocationalGrowth was born out of a rebellion against shallow education.
We realized that professional maturity isn't reached through a certificate, but through the rigorous repetition of meaningful work in a controlled, supportive environment.
Today, we operate in 14 countries, providing the bridge between creative curiosity and technical mastery for over 15,000 alumni.

The Foundation
Three founders in a Berlin warehouse begin teaching spatial design to a cohort of 12 students. The first VocationalGrowth curriculum is handwritten.
First Expansion
Programs expand to London and New York. Systems Logic and Vocational Leadership added to the curriculum. Alumni network reaches 500.
Digital Campus
Launch of remote learning platform. Tactile Mastery and Ethical Commerce programs introduced. 2,400+ active students across 14 countries.
Global Recognition
